As the founders of Squid X Media, we've spent years helping brands tell their stories. But somewhere along the way, we realized we hadn't been telling our own.
The Long Way Living is our way of practicing what we preach — creating content that's real, raw, and rooted in actual experience. Not from a studio, but from rest stops, national parks, and tiny towns most people drive right past.
With our two rescue dogs as co-pilots, we're proving that you don't need a 40-foot RV or a trust fund to live on the road. Just a small trailer, a big sense of adventure, and a willingness to figure it out as you go.
The Journey
Tampa Bay views, morning coffee on the balcony, two dogs in a downtown apartment. Comfortable. Predictable. Something was missing.
"What if we just... left?" It started as a joke over dinner. Within weeks, we were researching trailers and mapping routes.
We downsized our entire life into a 13-foot trailer. Everything we own fits in this tiny space — and somehow it feels like we have more than ever.
Now we wake up somewhere new, chase sunsets, and let the dogs decide which trails to explore. This is The Long Way Living.
